How will you Deliver my artwork?
Artwork in physical exhibitions will be sent once the exhibition is concluded, store and virtual exhibition items will be delivered sooner typically within 3-5 working days. However these may be sent by the artist themselves so please be patient while we arrange packing and courier collection. We will update as soon as we have a date for dispatch. If you would like to arrange a specific date for delivery please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange
We take great care with packing all artwork to protect it in transit. We typically send items via courier and ensure it is covered against damage and loss while it makes it's way to you.
All that we ask is that you check the item and packaging for damage on arrival, to protect us and you take a photo!. Please let us know if you have any special requests, questions or issues as soon as possible.
How much will delivery cost?
If you are in the UK, the good news is delivery is free.
For international delivery we add an additional fee by default to cover typical average costs from our experience. However we are committed to only charging what is fair so if the costs comes in significantly lower we will refund the difference and equally if we get it wrong and it costs more we will absorb extra costs. Customs
For international deliveries, customs/ other import charges may be payable by the customer, Weald Contemporary LLP cannot accept any liability for these additional costs which vary depending on the end purchasers location.
Returns
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with you purchase please contact us within 15 days of delivery for a refund once returned in original condition,
Buyer to pay return courier costs unless agreed otherwise e.g. an error on our part.
